Cal MediConnect

Contact the Health Net Cal MediConnect Call Center and select the vision benefit prompt or speak to a Cal MediConnect representative to be transferred to Envolve Vision for help in locating a participating optometrist and optician from whom members may receive covered services (routine vision examination/refraction, lenses and frames). Note: Cal MediConnect Member Services will no longer be responsible for quoting vision benefits.
