Health Net Medicare Appeals and Grievances Department

Although there is a specific post office box for submission of Health Net Medicare member appeals for denied services or other grievance correspondence, Health Net prefers to receive appeals and grievances by fax. This enables Health Net to receive, process and resolve the member's issues quickly in accordance with state and federal timeliness requirements. Member appeal requests must be submitted in writing.
