Accessing Claims on the Provider Portal

Provider Type

To view and submit claims, log in to one of the following provider portals

Availity
Health Net
  1. Log in, then go to Claims & Payments section from the main menu.
  2. Select Submit a Claim or Claim Status.
  1. Log in, then select the applicable line of business from the drop-down menu > Go.
  2. Once you have checked the member’s eligibility, select Claims located in the left-hand column.
  3. Select the green Create a New Claim button to begin a new claim for this member.

Note: The Health Net and Availity provider portals may not offer the same functions. Please refer to the Provider Access Guide: Availity and Health Net Provider Portals + Website (HMO/PPO/Health Net Medi-Cal, CalViva Health, Community Health Plan of Imperial Valley, Wellcare By Health Net) for details on what functions can be accessed through each portal.
