Health Net provides onboard training and technical assistance to all contracted Community Supports (CS) providers. Trainings are in an on-demand and live format. CS providers will receive communications about all required onboard trainings. At least one person in the organization is required to complete the onboard training. An attestation will be required to confirm completion of the trainings prior to contracting. Additionally, CS providers are expected to participate in all mandatory, provider-focused CS training and technical assistance provided by Health Net, including in-person sessions, webinars, and/or calls, as necessary.
