Community Supports Oversight
Per Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) guidance, Health Net is responsible for program oversight for all Community Supports (CS) services. This can include many forms of oversight, some of which include:
- File Review to ensure services are delivered according to program requirements.
- Monitoring and evaluation of metrics and performance.
- Case conference/live member reviews and discussions.
Providers must supply requested documentation according to the time frame provided in the request. Failure to do so may result in your organization no longer being in good standing with Health Net. The details of each oversight activity will be shared by your assigned auditor in advance of, and during, any auditing and oversight activity.
