Conduent

Conduent is a web portal Community Solutions (CS) providers can use to submit invoices only. Follow the below steps to set up an account for Conduent.

  1. Send email request for a username and password to CalAIM@Centene.com.Include the following information:
    1. “Conduent Provider Portal Access Request” in the subject line of the email.
    2. “Requesting user and password for the CalAIM provider portal” in the body of the email.
    3. Also include email, first and last name, and phone number.
