Community Solutions (CS) providers are required to comply with standard coding practices and must submit claims accordingly for the CS services provided. HCPCS and modifier codes as defined by Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) as evidence for all CS services provided to members. All codes can be found on Health Net’s Claims Procedures page.
