Health Net will monitor Community Solutions (CS) provider performance and compliance with CS requirements using a variety of methods which may include utilization metrics, monitoring calls, timely submissions of reports and corrective actions, as needed. CS providers acknowledge that Health Net will conduct oversight of its participation in CS to ensure the quality of services and ongoing compliance with program requirements using the modalities listed. The CS provider must respond to all of Health Net’s requests for information and documentation to permit ongoing monitoring of CS.
