Health Net's Point of Service (POS) product offers a two- or three-tier plan. Members decide which tier to access based on the provider they use and how they obtain care. Members receiving care from HMO in-network providers have lower out-of-pocket costs than when receiving care from out-of-network providers. Members may choose either benefit level when seeking care.
