26-946 Electronic Claims Payments with Zelis are Going Live

Action required by July 29, 2026, to ensure uninterrupted electronic claims payments
As previously communicated, Health Net is implementing a new electronic claims payment enhancement in partnership with Zelis®.
To continue receiving electronic claims payments, providers must have an electronic payment option selected through Zelis or the Health Net ePayment Center.
This change does not impact monthly capitation per‑member‑per‑month (PMPM) payments.
Action required by July 29, 2026
- Providers must have an electronic claims payment option selected to ensure uninterrupted electronic payments.
- Providers already enrolled with ZAPP Edge® (formerly ACH+) do not need to take action.
- All other providers must confirm or enroll in an electronic payment option by the date above.
Claims payments will be issued by paper check if no electronic payment option is selected.

Health Net ePayment Center:
- No‑cost Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA).
- Online access to payment history and remittance details.
Zelis payments (ZAPP Edge or Virtual Credit Card):
- Consolidated electronic payments from 550+ payers through a single login.
- Automated delivery of 835 remittance files to your practice management system or clearinghouse.
- Claims and payment insights from 550+ payers, including Health Net.
