26-941 Submit Medi-Cal Onboarding Training Attestations Online Beginning August 1, 2026

Paper attestations will no longer be accepted, effective August 1, 2026
All new contracting Medi-Cal physicians, practitioners and other providers must complete onboarding training and submit an online attestation after training is complete.
What you need to do
To help avoid delays in Medi-Cal contract activation:
1 Complete the required onboarding training.
2 Access the online attestation form at Health Net:
- Select Provider Training Webinars and Other Provider-Related Resources.
- Select New Providers Onboarding Materials.
- Select Health Net Medi-Cal New Provider Resources.
- Select Attestation of New Provider Training (link will be available on August 1, 2026).
3 Submit the appropriate online attestation after training is complete using the same form for both submission types:
- Individual: Submit for one provider.
- Group (PPG): Submit for multiple providers.

This information applies to Physicians and Practitioners, Participating Physician Groups (PPGs), Hospitals, Ancillary Providers, and Behavioral Health Providers.
For Medi-Cal, this information applies to Amador, Calaveras, Inyo, Los Angeles, Mono, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Tulare and Tuolumne counties.
