Health Net, on behalf of Community Health Plan of Imperial Valley (CHPIV), has completed the annual update to the Medi-Cal Provider Operations Manual to align with current contract requirements and operational changes. Physicians, practitioners and other providers should review updated sections to ensure continued compliance with Medi-Cal program requirements.
