Access training, tools and support to meet plan requirements

Online resources, training and tools are available to support new providers. These materials are supplemental and do not replace the requirements outlined in the provider operations manuals or your Provider Participation Agreement.

Provider training options

Training is available to support new provider onboarding and ongoing education.

  • Online training: Available on demand.
  • In‑person training: Available upon request.
    • Physicians, practitioners and other providers may email Provider Relations to request an in‑person session.

How to access new provider resources

  1. Visit healthnet.com.
  2. Select Provider Training Webinars and Other Provider-Related Resources.
  3. Go to New Providers Onboarding Materials.
  4. Choose Commercial/Marketplace New Provider Resources or Medicare New Provider Resources.
