Prepare for potential DHCS Nurse Evaluator phone interviews

The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is conducting an onsite audit of Health Net to assess compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. As part of this audit, a DHCS Nurse Evaluator may contact select physicians, practitioners and other providers for phone interviews between May 11, 2026, and May 22, 2026.

Audit review period

The audit review period is May 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025.
