26-277 CHPIV Medi-Cal Member ID Card Logo Update Delayed

Current ID cards remain valid

We previously communicated the upcoming change to the Community Health Plan of Imperial Valley (CHPIV) Medi-Cal logo on Wednesday, February, 4, 2026, via provider update 26-096, New CHPIV Logo for Medi-Cal Line of Business.

However, there has been a delay in implementing the refreshed logo on CHPIV Medi-Cal member ID cards.

As a result, the rollout of the 2026 CHPIV Medi‑Cal member ID cards featuring the refreshed logo originally scheduled for February 13, 2026, has been delayed.

Members should continue using their current CHPIV Medi-Cal ID cards displaying the previous logo. These cards remain valid and accepted for all covered services.

What to expect next

Updated communication will be shared once the revised ID cards are available.
