25-821 Temporary Authorization System Outage: Oct. 11-13

Plan ahead for urgent prior authorization requests

To support ongoing system improvements, the Plan will temporarily take its authorization system offline for an upgrade.

Key Details:

  • Outage Period: Saturday, October 11 at 12 a.m. PT through Monday, October 13 at 9 a.m. PT.
  • Impact: Authorization requests cannot be submitted during this time (see exception below).
  • Service Resumes: Monday, October 13, 2025, at 9 a.m. PT.

How to Prepare:

  • Submit urgent or time-sensitive authorization requests before the outage begins.
  • For urgent authorizations during the outage, call 833-837-0188. This line will be available only during the downtime.
