Transition to Availity Essentials for enhanced self-service options
Starting August 20, 2025, the MHN provider portal at MHN.com (providers.mhn.com) and the email-based claims submissions on the Research and Review web page will no longer be available. To ensure seamless operations, we encourage you to transition to the Availity Essentials portal for your secure online self-service needs.

- Modify and resubmit claims as needed.
- Access detailed remittance data for easier reconciliation.
- Check member benefits and eligibility details.
- For Medi-Cal providers, receive PCP notifications about member admission, discharge, and hospital transfers.
