Updates for 2025

The D-SNP Resources for Providers web page has been updated for 2025 and will be updated continually as new information and guidance becomes available. This update includes new information in the following sections:

• D-SNP FAQs – Refreshed questions and answers on various topics for providers.
• Trainings and webinars – New on demand training webinar, CA 2025 D-SNP Program and Benefits Deep Dive Overview. This webinar provides an overview of the D-SNP plan, benefits and more. This no-cost webinar recording focuses on the following topics:
  • What is a dual special needs plan (D-SNP).
  • Wellcare by Health Net in California and network overview.
  • Why is a D-SNP plan ideal for a dual eligible beneficiary.
  • CalAIM regulatory policies for D-SNP and duals.
  • Expanded partnership with CalViva Health in central California.
