Use these resources to help you and your staff become familiar with the Medi-Cal line of business
The Medi-Cal provider materials supplement the Plan’s operations manuals to assist you in understanding and adhering to policies and procedures in accordance with your Provider Participation Agreement (PPA).
Accessing materials
You can access the below educational materials at Health Net website > Community Health Plan of Imperial Valley Medi-Cal New Provider Resources.
- Medi-Cal Operations Guide – This guide is an overview of the Medi-Cal managed care plan. It supplements the comprehensive operations manuals available in the Provider Library.
- Save Time Navigating the Provider Portal – This brochure describes tools you can use on the provider portal and provides instructions on how to register for and manage a website account.
- Important Information and Support to Help You Provide the Best Care – This flyer provides information on how to access and what you can expect to learn on the Quality Management Program and Resources web page.
