Date: 12/19/25

Empower inclusive care by meeting your compliance requirements

Who must complete the training and when?

  • New hires: Within 90 days of start date and annually thereafter.
  • Existing providers: Annually by December 31.

Ongoing compliance responsibilities

Participating physician groups, physicians, other providers and affiliated organizations must:

  • Ensure all direct patient care providers complete the training.
  • Track completion and collect attestations for group/onsite sessions.
  • Maintain records for audits and compliance verification.
