Providers can now reach interpretation services directly through the existing call center
To improve access and streamline the process, providers can now connect to phone interpretation services by calling the existing Provider Services Center and following the updated prompts. No new numbers are needed — just a faster, more efficient experience.
What's new
Providers can now access interpretation services by:
- Calling the existing Provider Services Center number – no changes needed.
- Following the updated prompts in the provider queue to connect directly to the interpretation vendor.
This streamlined path is especially helpful for Enhanced Care Management providers and others who frequently use interpretation services.

- Faster connections: Skip the general call center queue and connect directly to the interpretation vendor.
- Simplified access: Use the same Provider Services Center number — only the call flow has changed.
- Member verification: Interpreters will confirm member eligibility using the member’s ID, first name and last name.
Important reminders
Be sure you are calling on behalf of a verified member. Listen carefully to the call prompts, as they may updated periodically.
