On this dedicated website you'll find categories for required trainings as well as optional operational and administrative trainings. Each training and material includes pertinent line of business information to help you determine if it applies to your contract.

Go to provider trainings page to access:

  1. Required trainings – Trainings required by a state regulator or your Plan contract. Trainings are listed alphabetically. 
  2. CalAIM resources for Medi-Cal Providers – Trainings and resources specific to Enhanced Care Management, Community Supports, Community Health Workers, Doulas and Street Medicine providers.
  3. Operational, Administrative and Value-Added Provider Trainings – Trainings that include information on operational topics, plan changes  and more.
