24-845 Update: Harbor Community Health Centers Opt Out of Participation in APM Pilot Program

The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) has provided notice that Harbor Community Health Centers has opted out of participating in the Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) Alternative Payment Methodology (APM) pilot program that started on July 1, 2024.
