24-657m, Submit HEDIS Supplemental Data By August 1, 2024
Date: 07/01/24
HEDIS®1 live date is due September 3, 2024
Health Net would like to remind providers to document and submit all new supplemental data for the measurement year (MY) 2024 reporting. In order to impact MY 2024 gaps in care, your data file and live data is required by the dates specified below. Otherwise, any data received on or after the dates specified below will be used to impact the following year for the MY 2025 reporting.
Critical deadlines:
- All new supplemental data sources must be documented by August 1, 2024.
- Please also note a file containing live data is required by September 3, 2024. This file will be used to perform checks and balances and ensure the file can be moved forward to close your gaps in care.
Note: If you are not able to meet these deadlines but wish to move forward with submitting your data file, it will be processed and used in the following measurement year for the MY 2025 reporting.
Please note this does not apply to established sources the HEDIS team has already received.
