Refer members to a CalViva Health preferred vendor to obtain DME
As a reminder, CalViva Health members may obtain durable medical equipment (DME) and incontinence medical supplies through Health Net’s, on behalf of CalViva Health’s preferred network vendors.
Providers must ensure members can access the care they need by referring members to a CalViva Health preferred vendor for DME and incontinence medical supplies.

Incontinence medical supplies
Incontinence medical supplies are covered when prescribed by licensed, in-network providers within their scope of practice for the treatment of members who are incontinent. Incontinence medical supplies include disposable diapers, protective underwear (pull-on products), underpads, belted undergarments, shields, liners, pants and pad systems, pads, and reusable underwear. Health Net contracts with the following vendors to provide these supplies. More information is available in the Provider Library > Incontinence.
