24-131 Use Our Preferred Vendors for DME and Incontinence Medical Supplies
Date: 02/06/24
Refer members to a Health Net preferred vendor to obtain DME
Members who transitioned from California Health & Wellness Plan (CHWP) to Health Net may continue to receive durable medical equipment (DME) and incontinence medical supplies through Health Net’s preferred network vendors.
As a reminder, effective January 1, 2024, CHWP is no longer a Medi-Cal plan. Members enrolled with CHWP have been automatically enrolled in a new Medi-Cal health plan according to the county they live in. Members in Amador, Calaveras, Inyo, Mono, or Tuolumne counties were transitioned to Health Net. This change does not affect members’ Medi-Cal coverage or benefits.
Providers must ensure members can access the care they need by referring members to a Health Net preferred vendor for DME and incontinence medical supplies.
See below for preferred vendor contact information for DME and incontinence medical supplies.
