Relias will help keep you up to date with all necessary provider trainings in one place.
We've partnered with Relias to offer a streamlined training platform for you and your practice.
Your Provider Participation Agreement (PPA) and the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) 2024 Medi-Cal contract ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality care to CalViva Health Medi-Cal members. As a Health Net participating provider, it is important for you to comply with the terms and conditions.
Starting in February 2024, you must access all new and ongoing provider training by logging into the Relias training platform.
Completion of the required trainings as assigned within the given timelines will ensure compliance with the training requirements and your PPA.

What can you expect to learn and understand?
- The reasons behind the launch of this new training platform.
- How to log in and navigate the Relias Training Platform.
- The expectations for provider training completion.
- The follow-up mechanisms in place for non-completion of training.
- Know who to contact should you have any issues or concerns.
Registration and login credentials
- In early February, the Plan will send you an invitation with registration details. Registration information is also provided below. Attendance is required for this training.
Both trainings are from Noon – 1 p.m. Pacific time.

- After the session, Relias will email you with login credentials for their training platform. Each provider will have one login to be shared among staff. Remember to keep this email!
- Once you receive the email, we encourage you and your office staff to log in and explore the platform.
Remember to check your Junk and Spam folders if you can’t find the emails sent to you.
