24-1096 Action Required: Comply with the 2024 Medi-Cal Contract

We’ve requested your compliance numerous times, you are required to respond immediately.
As part of the 2024 Medi-Cal Contract all participating physician groups, hospitals, primary care physicians, specialty providers, subcontractors, MSOs and vendors are required to take all training provided by Health Net, on behalf of Community Health Plan of Imperial Valley.
To ensure that all our providers take all required trainings, it is essential that we track training completion using the Relias system.
Please note: Once we have your contact information, we will assign you a user ID for access to Relias. When you receive your user ID, you will have access to all provider training.
How to submit your contact information online
To be assigned user logins for Relias, providers must provide:
- Contact name1
- Email address
- 10-digit NPI number
- Provider/group name
Please visit Relias Provider Training Platform to provide information no later than October 31, 2024.
