Join no-cost, educational webinars and learn the Payspan system. Applies only to physicians and other providers serving members with Individual & Family Plans (IFP) and individual Medicare Advantage (MA) plans.
Payspan provides a web-based solution for electronic fund transfer (EFT) and electronic remittance advice (ERA) delivery service at no cost to Health Net* providers serving IFP members and Wellcare By Health Net (Health Net) providers serving individual MA members.
Payspan offers convenient payment and retrieval of remittance information, reduced accounting expenses, elimination of paper checks and more.
This webinar will cover how to:
- Register with Payspan (new user).
- Add additional registration codes to an existing Payspan account.
- Navigate through the Payspan web portal.
- View a payment.
- Find a remittance.
- Access 835s.
- Change bank account information.
- Add new users.
