You have a new resource to help you submit prior authorization (PA) requests. The Avoid Processing Delays for Prior Authorization Requests with These Guidelines flyer provides quick tips and information to ensure your PA requests include all required information to process timely. It includes:

Access the flyers in the Provider Library at Avoid Processing Delays for Prior Authorization Requests with These Guidelines (commerical/Medi-Cal (PDF) or Medicare (WCBHN) (PDF)).

PA request forms are also found in the Provider Library. Choose a line of business and select Forms and References. Then select either inpatient or outpatient California prior authorization forms.
