23-1297 Important Change to Cal MediConnect Provider Library Content and Operations Manual

This is to advise you that, starting January 1, 2024, the Health Net Cal MediConnect Provider Library content and Operations Manual located on provider library home page will no longer be accessible to providers. This change is a result of the sunsetting of the Cal MediConnect contract on January 1, 2023.

For any questions or concerns related to claims or other contractual, administrative, or operational matters, please reach out to the Health Net Provider Services Center by email. 

 

This information applies to Physicians, Participating Physician Groups (PPGs), Hospitals, and Ancillary providers.
