Here's what you need to know about your contract with Health Net Community Solutions, Inc. (Health Net).
The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) has issued Medi-Cal contracts to Health Net Community Solutions, Inc. (Health Net) for 2024 to remain in Fresno, Kings and Madera counties.
This means that your Medi-Cal managed care contract with us will continue in these counties.
We are thrilled to continue our partnership with you as our participating provider. This partnership allows us to provide essential benefits and services to CalViva Health members in these counties.
As a Health Net participating provider on behalf of CalViva Health, it is important to remember to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in your Provider Participation Agreement (PPA) as applicable by the terms of that PPA and the DHCS 2024 Medi-Cal contract.
These agreements ensure that we can continue to offer high-quality care to CalViva Health members.
