23-1121 Act Now to Ensure Your EFT Transactions Continue Seamlessly
Date: 10/02/23
EFT automatically distributes funds into your account
As a result of California Health & Wellness Plan (CHWP) members in Amador, Calaveras, Inyo, Mono, and Tuolumne counties transitioning to Health Net Community Solutions, Inc., (Health Net) and members in Imperial County transitioning to Community Health Plan of Imperial Valley (CHPIV) on January 1, 2024, you’ll need to register with Health Net to continue receiving payments via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for dates of service starting January 1, 2024.
EFT distributes the funds into your account using Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) processing. It is safe, secure, efficient and less expensive than paper check payments and collections.
You have two options to register for EFT
Complete a registration form online or download the form and submit the completed information as soon as possible. Otherwise, you will receive paper checks for dates of service on or after January 1, 2024, paid by Health Net. Don't miss out on the convenience and efficiency that EFT offers. Register today!
