The Data Sharing Agreement can be found at the Data Exchange Framework’s (DxF) portal. To sign the agreement, go to the Data Exchange Framework’s (DxF) portal.
What’s next
After signing the Data Sharing Agreement, you must execute the Data Exchange Framework with an entity that delivers data exchange or by using your organization’s own technology. This will promote the safe and secure exchange of patient health and social services information.
Which entities are affected
Participating entities include:
- General acute care hospitals.
- Physician organization and medical groups.
- Skilled nursing facilities.
- Clinical laboratories.
- Acute psychiatric hospitals.
