CIN numbers have replaced R-numbers on the report

Beginning with the July 2022 CLRM02S Industry Collaborate Effort (ICE) report, a Client Index Number (CIN) has replaced the reference code from the member’s R-number for CalViva Health shared-risk Medi-Cal members.

The CLRM02S ICE Version report provides shared-risk claims detail to provide insight into claims going against a shared-risk program, if you take part in one.

View the CLRM02S ICE Version report online Go to Provider Reports > Check off the box for Claims > Continue > CLRM02S – ICE and choose a report to view.

Providers are encouraged to access the provider portal for real-time information, including eligibility verification, claims status, prior authorization status, plan summaries and more.
