This information applies to Physicians, Participating Physician Groups (PPGs), Hospitals, and Ancillary providers.
Learn the end-to-end prior authorization process for cardiovascular and ear, nose and throat (ENT) procedures
Register for an online training to prepare for submitting cardiovascular and ENT procedures to TurningPoint Healthcare Solutions, LLC., rather than Health Net.
This applies to PPO, Flex Net and EPO plans. The transition to TurningPoint starts January 1, 2022, but you can start submitting PA requests to TurningPoint as early as December 15, 2021.
