As a reminder, on October 1, 2021, the fee-for-service (FFS) direct network for Health Net Medi-Cal members launched in San Joaquin County. With this change, membership is available to you through both capitation and the FFS direct network.

To help you become familiar with the FFS direct network, we are offering training resources, including a recorded webinar. The webinar introduces the direct network arrangement and reviews how common administrative processes differ from capitated arrangements.
