provider.healthnet.com pre-login has been refreshed to align with Health Net’s new brand!
You will notice the changes described below on the provider portal and the online Provider Library. Rest assured, there are no other changes to the tools you use - all tools will function as they do today.
What has changed?
- Health Net’s logo. The new, more vibrant logo embraces our commitment to diversity, inclusion, access to quality care and more.
- We went from teal to raspberry. You will see the bright and livery raspberry color on the provider portal and the Provider Library.
Health Net is everything you love – and more! You can still count on us to deliver the same quality services you depend on. Check us out online.
What has not changed?
- We remain committed to all Californians with a selection of Coverage for Every Stage of LifeTM.
- Health Net’s name and your existing Health Net provider contract with Prison Health Car Provider Network (PHCPN).
- The pre-login tools you use and how you navigate to them on the provider portal.
Post-login provider portal
Health Net’s new logo will be applied to the post-login portal in August. Everything else on the post-login portal remains the same
