Learn how you can receive a $5,000 grant towards medical equipment
The push to get more members vaccinated against COVID-19 is still vital as variants are on the rise. We have recently undertaken an initiative to support the national goal to vaccinate 70% of the eligible population. As we work together, we are counting on you to:
- Get your patients vaccinated.
- Address any concerns they may have about the vaccine.
- Offer guidance on the best way to find a vaccine site in your community.
Top 100 providers will receive $5,000 grant
The top 100 providers with the highest increase in vaccination rates will each receive a $5,000 grant for medical equipment. More details about these grants and the recipients will be given at a later date.
Use member roster files to contact unvaccinated members
We are contacting members for whom we do not have record of a COVID-19 vaccine to confirm their status. Based on their replies, please follow these steps:
- Access a preliminary roster of unvaccinated members assigned to you on the secure provider portal, as follows:
- Log on to provider.healthnet.com.
- If the primary care physician (PCP) has unvaccinated members, an alert with a link to the roster will show up on the home page. If you have no unvaccinated members, the alert will not display with a link. .
- Download the date-stamped member roster.
The roster includes members’ names and phone numbers. We will update this file when the member outreach is complete.
2.Use the roster to call members and encourage them to get a COVID-19 vaccine.
Note: If you do not see an alert with a file on the secure provider portal, please contact the participating physician group (PPG) that your members are assigned through to ensure their account was given access by the PPG to tax identification number (TIN) and the Reports section on the portal.
