  • How do I get the COVID-19 vaccine?
  • Are the COVID-19 vaccines safe and are all available vaccines effective?
  • Should I get the vaccine if I have allergies or other medical conditions?
  • What are the side effects?

Encourage patients to share the flyer with family, friends and their community. They can refer to it for answers to their questions and help on how to set up vaccination appointments.

You can call the Health Education Department at 800-804-6074 to request the flyer in English, Spanish and Hmong.
