Questions and answers to address COVID-19 can be accessed in two steps

You will notice that that provider.healthnet.com pre-login has a new look and feel, but the tools and information you use have not changed. This includes timely access to information and guidance that is critical for both you and our members during this
COVID-19 crisis.

On this page, find all updates about COVID-19 in one location, without delay. It is your best source to stay abreast of important, updated information that is posted as new guidance is available. Please check the page frequently for new additions and updates.

2    Select the Health Net Alerts green bar in the COVID-19 Updates box.
