Learn How to Provide Compassionate Care for Your Homeless Patients

There is a new provider training available! It focuses on providing sensitive and supportive customer service for your patients. The training addresses how a different approach may be needed to assist patients who may be experiencing homelessness and/or housing insecurity.

Simple ways to access the homeless sensitivity training

Choose whichever training option works best for you

2  Online (PDF version)

3  In-person class

Follow either path A or B:

A. Log in to provider.healthnet.com.

  1. Working with Health Net >
    Quality > Provider Education.
  2. Select Interactive Homeless Sensitivity Training: Delivering Compassionate Customer Service (pptx).

OR
