Use OARS technology to help track and support your patients with recovery from opioid use disorder

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), drug overdose is the leading cause of accidental death in the United States, with over 70,237 deaths in 2017, of which 47,600 were attributable to opioid overdose. In collaboration with the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Center for Behavioral Health and Q2i (a health technology company), Health Net* is helping test the effectiveness of an innovative mobile application tool, Opioid Addiction Recovery Support (OARS). OARS will be used in the primary care setting to support health care providers in the delivery of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) programs. Health Net is facilitating the recruitment of MAT clinics and providers to test the mobile application.
