20-148 Correction: Wrong Portal Path Given in Update 20-113

Please refer to the correct portal path to take Special Needs Plan MOC training

Provider update 20-113, Complete the Special Needs Plan Model of Care Training, distributed on January 28, 2020, had an error. Regulatory is not part of the path to access training. 

You can access the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)-required training before logging in to the portal as follows:    

1.     Go to provider.healthnet.com.

2.     Select Working with Health Net > Medicare Information > Model of Care Initial and Annual Training.

3.     Select Model of Care Annual Training (pdf).
