A new, improved look with minor changes to functions keeps this go-to tool easy to access and use.

 

On April 1, 2020, the revamped Provider Library will launch. With a fresh design and clearer functions; you’ll find it much easier to get around the library quickly.

You’ll still be able to access the information you need, including:

•       Provider operations manuals
•       Distributed provider updates and letters
•       Forms and reference documents
•       Contacts
•       Glossary

Be on the lookout for webinar invites

You can expect to receive news of scheduled webinars so you can see, first-hand, how the new Provider Library works. Webinars will be scheduled in March 2020, and will provide you with:

•       A demonstration of the Provider Library.
•       What you can expect.
•       Questions and answers.

We will also conduct two webinars after the launch in April 2020 to help you and your staff with a smooth transition.
